Retail Assistant

- Provide excellent customer service: Greet customers warmly, answer customer inquiries, assist with product selection, and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain store appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. This may include tasks such as merchandising displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining a neat and tidy sales floor.
- Process sales transactions: Operate the cash register, handle payments accurately, and process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Basic retail experience: Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred, but not always required.
- Teamwork and flexibility: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
