Retail Assistant

- Provide excellent customer service: Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries, offer product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization: Keep the store floor and shelves tidy, restock merchandise, and assist with visual merchandising displays.
- Process sales transactions: Accurately operate the cash register, handle customer payments, and process returns or exchanges as needed.
- Strong customer service skills: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, resolve customer inquiries, and build positive relationships with customers.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills: Ability to accurately handle cash transactions, count inventory, and understand basic product information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision, while also being a team player and willing to assist other store staff when needed.
