Description
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
- Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the database for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in allied sciences , Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services , or related field
- Not open to Nursing or Doctor of Medicine graduates
Experience Level: At least 1 year of direct adult patient care experience , such as:
- Long-term care
- Home and community-based services
- Hospital or facility setting
- Case management
- Managed care organizations
- BPO Healthcare – Member Services via phone support (Benefits, Eligibility, Pre-Authorization)
