Merchandising Head

- Overseeing the marketing, branding, and promotion of the company’s products
- Monitor and evaluate retail sales performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Analyze customer buying trends and implement changes to improve customer loyalty
- Source new products, negotiate terms with suppliers, and manage inventory
- Create promotional campaigns and develop pricing strategies
- Develop and manage budgets for merchandising operations
- Monitor customer feedback and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field
- At least with 2 years experience as Merchandising Head, Merchandising Manager or related role.
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of market trends
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- An ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably living in Metro Manila
