US Executive Assistant - Ortigas (Hybrid - Night Shift)

Qualification:

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related or similar discipline
• At least four (4) years of relevant experience providing high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to senior leadership, preferably for the US or similar territories. 
• In-depth knowledge of coordinating Passport/Visa issuance and renewal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes 
• Exceptional communication and persuasive skills 
• Proven ability to create and proofread proposals/presentations 
• Proficiency in building relationships across various levels of management 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives 
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to work independently with professional discretion 
• Willingness to work the night shift
