The Reservation Admin is responsible for managing all reservation-related tasks within a travel agency, including booking flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services for clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service to provide clients with seamless travel experiences.
Booking and Reservations:
- Manage and process customer travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
- Coordinate with travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) to confirm bookings.
- Provide clients with itineraries, booking confirmations, and relevant travel documents.
Customer Service:
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Offer expert travel advice and provide recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and travel packages.
- Handle any issues or changes to reservations, such as cancellations or date changes.
System Management:
- Use reservation software to input and manage bookings.
- Update and maintain accurate records of client reservations and travel details.
- Ensure that all reservations comply with company policies and procedures.
Documentation and Billing:
- Ensure proper documentation of bookings, including contracts and invoices.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and follow up on any payment issues.

- -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- -18 years old and above
- -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- -Physically fit
