- A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. Their goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships with clients.

- We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
