Commissary Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily commissary operations and food production
- Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are followed
- Manage inventory, stocks, and purchasing of supplies
- Monitor production schedules and delivery coordination to branches
- Supervise commissary staff and ensure productivity
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard procedures
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any business, food-related, or hospitality course is an advantage
- With experience in commissary, food production, or restaurant operations management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledgeable in inventory, food safety, and operational procedures
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Willing to work flexible schedules
Work Location: Project 8, Quezon City
Salary: 30k to 40k (can be higher depending on your skills and qualifications)
