Key Responsibilities - Execution & Delivery – Lead the end-to-end implementation of government contracts and PPP projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Operational Discipline – Establish project trackers, dashboards, and reporting systems to enforce accountability and monitor progress.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Act as the central point of contact between government agencies, private sector partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Compliance & Documentation – Guarantee adherence to Philippine procurement laws, government regulations, and contractual obligations; maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Risk Management – Identify execution risks early, implement corrective measures, and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
- Results & Impact – Deliver projects with measurable outcomes, including revenue conversion, compliance readiness, and documented benefits to stakeholders.

- Advanced organizational and documentation skills; detail-oriented and results-focused.
- Assertive communication style for managing government and private sector relationships.
- Analytical problem-solving skills to diagnose operational gaps and enforce corrective action.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and KPI tracking.
- Emotional steadiness and resilience under pressure, with a focus on closure and accountability.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years handling government contracts or PPP projects in the Philippines.
- Demonstrated track record of completing projects with measurable outcomes (timelines met, revenues realized, compliance achieved).
- Familiarity with Philippine government procurement processes, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred.
- Background in consulting, PMO, BPO, EdTech, or operations management is an advantage.
- Ability to manage ambiguity while maintaining focus on execution and results.
