Brewer / Master Brewer

Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School Graduate; culinary, hospitality, or coffee-related training is an advantage
- With experience in specialty coffee and manual brewing is highly preferred
- Deep appreciation and understanding of coffee preparation and brewing science
- Knowledgeable in pour-over brewing techniques and extraction control
- Familiar with various brewing devices such as V60, Chemex, Kalita Wave, French Press, Aeropress, Siphon, Moka Pot, and Cold Brew
- Able to explain coffee profiles, flavor notes, origins, and brewing methods to Guests
- Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on consistency and beverage quality
- Maintains cleanliness and proper handling of brewing equipment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Must possess professionalism, patience, and passion for specialty coffee culture
Preferred Extra Skills:
- Experience in coffee cupping and sensory evaluation
- Knowledgeable in coffee roasting fundamentals
- Familiarity with brewing ratio calculations and water chemistry
- Background in specialty coffee competitions or certifications is an advantage
- Can create and develop signature manual brew recipes
- Ability to conduct coffee demonstrations and customer engagement activities
