Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
- Handle email correspondence, reminders, and follow-ups for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and administrative materials
- Support project coordination and task tracking to keep deliverables on schedule
- Perform general administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, scheduling, or executive assistance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) and productivity software (Google Workspace, MS Office)
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
