Administration and Customer Service Virtual Assistant – Remote Location: Anywhere Globally Schedule: Part-Time EST, with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time Required Software: GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to assist with daily administrative tasks and customer service operations. Responsibilities include checking emails, monitoring AI agents, responding to customer chats, reviewing CRM conversations, managing follow-ups, and reporting any issues. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming emails.
- Check AI agents to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Respond to customer chats professionally and promptly.
- Review conversations and customer interactions in GHL CRM.
- Track follow-ups and identify missed or unanswered messages.
- Report issues and provide general administrative support.
- Experience in administration, customer service, or virtual assistance preferred.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM is an advantage.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Reliable computer and internet connection.
