We’re looking for a fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering excellent customer service to our customers.

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with warranty processing and product concerns.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- At least a year of experience as technical support.
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center.
- Experience with Zendesk (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A friendly, personable, and energetic demeanor with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work EST hours (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM).
- Knowledge of vaporizer brands and models is a plus but not required.
