JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and coordinate all clinic operations, including staffing, patient scheduling, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline clinic workflows and improve patient experience
- Oversee the financial management of the clinic, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost-control measures
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care and positive health outcomes
- Manage and develop a team of administrative and clinical staff, providing mentorship and training as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, medical partners, and other stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare management or clinic operations role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, best practices, and patient care standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis, financial management, and the use of relevant healthcare software and technologies
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field
