Overview
We are seeking a highly proactive and creative TikTok Growth & Creator Partnerships Manager to help scale our brand's presence across TikTok, TikTok Shop, and short-form social commerce channels. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, affiliate growth, creator sourcing, UGC coordination, and TikTok Shop performance. You will also leverage AI-powered tools to streamline content production and automation workflows. The ideal candidate understands modern social commerce, creator-led growth, and the fast-moving nature of TikTok trends and conversion-focused content. This is a hands-on growth role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and can combine creativity with operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
- TikTok Growth & Content Strategy: Support the growth and day-to-day management of our TikTok presence. Develop and execute content strategies designed to increase reach, engagement, followers, and conversions. Identify trending formats, sounds, creators, and viral opportunities.
- TikTok Shop Management: Support the growth and optimization of our TikTok Shop by monitoring product performance, affiliate activity, and conversion metrics. Coordinate product listings, promotions, campaigns, and creator activations within the shop.
- Affiliate & Creator Management: Source, vet, and recruit creators, affiliates, and UGC creators aligned with the brand. Build and manage creator outreach pipelines, and coordinate gifting, communications, and briefing documents. Track creator deliverables, performance, and affiliate sales.
- UGC & AI Content Systems: Utilize AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, editing, repurposing, and workflow automation to improve content velocity. Assist in building scalable systems and automation initiatives across content workflows, reporting, and creator management.
- Reporting & Operational Support: Track and report on growth metrics, affiliate performance, creator ROI, and engagement trends. Organize campaign assets, creator files, and internal documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: Previous experience growing TikTok accounts or managing TikTok Shop for e-commerce brands.
- Industry Knowledge: E-commerce, consumer product, or Amazon brand experience is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of TikTok trends, short-form content, and creator-led commerce.
- Creator Management: Experience managing affiliates, influencers, or UGC creators, with familiarity with TikTok Shop affiliate programs.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using AI tools for content creation, editing, automation, or workflow optimization.
- Execution: Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving startup environment while maintaining strong organizational and communication skills
