This is not your typical vulnerability management role. We are technically sharp, collaborative and customer obsessed, and we are looking for a Vulnerability Management Specialist to take a key role in running and uplifting our Vulnerability Management toolset. You will work alongside senior engineers and platform owners to keep the organisation ahead of vulnerabilities, not chasing them. This is a hands on role where your scripting, your reporting, and your judgement directly shape how Orro manages risk across the environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You will sit within the IT & Security team and own the day to day health of our Vulnerability Management platform, working with senior resources and platform owners to drive measurable improvements in our vulnerability posture. You will help shape exposure plans, drive technical mitigations through to completion, and give the business clear visibility of where we stand against our internal policies. Expect a role where engineering depth, scripting capability and clear communication all carry equal weight.

• Improve, uplift and maintain the Vulnerability Management capability across the organisation

• Partner with IT Operations and platform owners to plan and deliver technical mitigations

• Contribute to the design and implementation of vulnerability management plans

• Build reports and dashboards that give leadership real visibility of our exposure posture and policy adherence

• Produce clear, concise operational documentation that the wider team can run with

• Use PowerShell or Bash scripting to automate routine remediation, reporting and platform tasks

What You'll Bring

The Essentials

• 2+ years of hands on experience in the Vulnerability/ Exposure Management space, including engineering and operational work with at least one major vendor (Tenable, Qualys, or Defender TVM)

• Strong technical experience with Microsoft endpoint management tooling, specifically Intune and Configuration Manager (SCCM), alongside advanced knowledge of Windows, MacOS and Linux operating systems

• Advanced application packaging and system logging or event management experience, with working knowledge of CVSS and CVE scoring

• PowerShell and/or Bash scripting capability used in a real operational setting

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ 900), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS 900) or Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals (AB 900), and ITIL Foundation, plus experience with ITIL aligned platforms such as ServiceNow or Cherwell

Bonus Points

• KQL scripting and exposure to SIEM or SOAR platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel or Splunk

• Hands on exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure Update Manager

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MS 102) or equivalent
