- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer
- Licensed or not are welcome to apply
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction project management or site engineering.
- Proven experience in building, infrastructure, or civil works projects.
- Background in quantity estimation, project scheduling, site supervision, and progress reporting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, or other project management software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Capable of interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Skilled in cost control, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills — can deal with clients, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Can prepare clear and accurate reports, documentation, and correspondence.
- Organized, analytical, and proactive.
- Willing to be assigned anywhere (within or outside Cebu).
- Can work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, commitment, and sense of responsibility.
