Citiworks Manpower Resources Corp.
-Greet and assist customers with their optical needs.
-Recommend suitable eyeglass frames, lenses, sunglasses, and other optical products.
-Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and lens options.
-Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
-Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
-Monitor inventory and replenish stocks when needed.
-Assist customers with order follow-ups and after-sales concerns.
-Work with the optometrist and store team to ensure efficient customer service.
-Meet individual and store sales targets.
-Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
-At least Senior High School graduate (College level is an advantage).
-With or without sales experience (retail experience is preferred).
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Customer service-oriented and sales-driven.
-Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
-Presentable, trustworthy, and willing to be assigned to any branch.
