Client Profile: Established 14 years ago, this shared services company provides inquiry and decision-support tools and operates as a division of a London-based multinational information solutions provider. Position: Sales Operations Manager Industry: Shared Service Company Location: Cebu City Salary: Php90,000 - Php150,000 Schedule: Nighshift Work Set up: Work Onsite Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree holder With at least 3+ years of proven Sales leadership experience. Managerial level sales operations and sales enablement experience is an advantage. Amendable to attend interviews Available to start as soon as possible Job Responsibilities: Partner with Sales Leadership to develop annual and quarterly sales plans Analyze pipeline health, win rates, deal velocity, and revenue trends Administer CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Optimize workflows, automation, and reporting structures Evaluate and implement new sales tools Recruitment Process: Initial interview Final interview
