Sales & Customer Experience Advisor - Electric Vehicles

OptiHR Business Solutions Inc. is hiring a Sales Advisor on behalf of our client in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
This opportunity welcomes applicants from retail, hospitality, customer service, and sales backgrounds. We welcome applicants of all genders. Women interested in automotive sales and electric mobility are encouraged to apply. Previous automotive experience is an advantage but is not required.

Work Setup: Onsite Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: HMO, Life Insurance, Leave benefits, Bonus program About the RoleYou will welcome showroom visitors, understand their needs, introduce electric vehicle features, and guide them through their buying journey. Your ability to listen, explain information clearly, and build customer relationships will help create a positive experience from the first inquiry through vehicle handover.
What You’ll DoWelcome showroom visitors and create a friendly, helpful experience.
Understand customers’ needs, preferences, and purchase timelines.
Explain vehicle features, services, and the benefits of electric mobility in clear, practical terms.
Arrange test drives and coordinate customer appointments.
Follow up with interested customers and work toward sales goals.
Keep customer profiles, follow-ups, sales activities, and delivery updates accurate in the CRM system.
Coordinate with colleagues to support a smooth purchasing and handover experience.
Keep your product knowledge current and help maintain a welcoming, presentable showroom.
Experience in customer service or a customer-facing sales role.
Experience using a CRM system to manage customer information and follow-ups.
A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
Clear communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
Good organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
Willingness to learn about electric vehicles and explain product information to customers.
A collaborative approach and commitment to honest, customer-focused service.
Availability to work onsite in BGC, including evenings and weekends.
