Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding outfits and fashion items that match their style.
- Provide friendly and excellent customer service.
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
- Replenish merchandise and arrange products according to store standards.
- Support sales activities, promotions, and daily store operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Open to all genders.
- With or without sales experience — fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome!
- Must be passionate about fashion and updated with the latest trends.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in communicating with customers.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Seasonal employment, with the possibility of contract extension.
- Potential for absorption into a regular position, depending on individual performance, attendance, work attitude, and business requirements.
