We are scaling our commercial electric vehicle (EV) fleet and industrial battery operations.
We are looking for hands-on, hard-working technicians and engineers who want to work on real high-voltage hardware, solve field problems, and build the future of commercial electric transport.
Immediate openings available — Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized.
We are hiring across a wide range of experience levels—from sharp junior techs looking for ground-floor EV exposure to senior maintenance engineers with ~5 years of experience who understand industrial processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Whether you are a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) who isn't afraid to get your hands dirty on the bench or a skilled field technician with strong electrical fundamentals, we provide the specialized training, equipment, and OEM certifications to get you up to speed.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 1. Field & Shop Technicians / Maintenance Techs (Junior to Senior)- What you’ll do: Hands-on battery pack servicing, high-voltage component swaps, wiring harness repairs, routine maintenance, and physical assembly.
- What we look for:
- Solid practical experience with hand tools, multimeters, crimping, soldering, and automotive or industrial wiring.
- REE, TESDA NC II/NC III, technical diploma, or equivalent shop floor experience.
- Junior Techs: Strong fundamentals, high commitment to high-voltage safety, and eagerness to learn fast.
- Senior Techs (3–5+ years): Proven track record in industrial wiring, commercial vehicle servicing, or battery string maintenance.
- What you’ll do: EV powertrain diagnostics, battery system root-cause analysis, power electronics troubleshooting, after-sales field servicing, and high-voltage safety compliance.
- What we look for:
- BS Electrical Engineering required; Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) preferred.
- Strong ability to read schematic diagrams, trace complex circuits, and follow strict maintenance processes and standards.
- Junior / Fresh REEs: Technical logic, interest in EV hardware, and a desire for hands-on field and shop experience rather than desk-only roles.
- Senior Engineers (5–7 years): Deep expertise in root-cause diagnostic protocols, after-sales service engineering, customer escalation management, and field team leadership.
