What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, BIM-driven environment, building and enhancing your skills.
- Create and model MEPF families and elements (LOD100-500).
- Read, interpret, and create Architectural and MEPF drawings such as Engineering and Construction drawings, MEP riser diagrams, and Schedules.
- Conduct clash detections and coordinate with different disciplines to ensure project success.
- Work with international BIM standards and ISO19650 practices.
- Gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms like BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Who You Are:
- Graduate of BS Architecture, BS Engineering, BS Mechanical/Electrical, or related fields.
- Years of Experience:
- 3 years for BIM Modeller
- 5 years for BIM Coordinator
- Hands-on experience with Point Cloud Projects and Autodesk ReCap Pro is a definite advantage!
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office. Experience with Sketchup, Rhino, or other modeling software is a plus.
- Experience with Revit MEPF and landscaping? That's a bonus!
- Strong communicator, fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills, always spotting potential errors and seeking better solutions.
- Adaptable to different project types, team sizes, and workflows.
