Context

Revit Team Lead manages BIM/Revit modelers, standardizes modeling workflows, and drives quality assurance. Bridge  between design engineers and production, overseeing clash detection, template creation, and resolving multidisciplinary coordination issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Missions/Main Duties

• Leading a team that provides training and support for users of software needed, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to use the software effectively.
• Providing technical guidance and expertise to a team of drafters using the software, including trouble shooting and problem solving.
• Overseeing projects that involves the use of software, coordinating task, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding projects. This involves understanding client requirements, providing updates on project progress, and addressing any concerns or inquiries that may arise.
• Implementing and enforcing quality control processes to ensure that the models and drawings meet quality standards and adhere to relevant industry guidelines and regulations.
• Identify training needs within the team and develop training programs to enhance skills and capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Apply Lessons Learned and follow standards, drawing processes and drawing production           guidelines.
• Contribute to the team’s achievement of Annual Plan by meeting or exceeding project targets
• Perform duties as maybe required and assigned from time to time.

Profile/Skills

Education:

Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education.  

Skills:

• Lead  and  mentor a team of Revit specialists, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Oversee project execution, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with standards
• Act as the go-to expert for Revit workflows and BIM coordination.
• Drive quality assurance processes and optimize digital design methods
• Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to deliver seamless results

Essential

• Six or more years of BIM modelling experience on infrastructure or building projects.
• Demonstrated experience with federated models and clash detection workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English;

Desirable

• Experience on rail, tunnels, bldgs infrastructure.
• Exposure to Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit and other collaboration software.
• Experience in Project management and Coordination
