- Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct model reviews and implement necessary revisions.
- Provide technical support for BIM software and tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in BIM software, REVIT, AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and CAD.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may involve site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Graduate of any course of the following:
BS in Architecture
BS in Civil Engineering
BS in Electrical Engineering
BS in Mechanical Engineering
Have at least 3-4 years experience for the Revit Shop drawing, Engineering and Architectural/ Drafting Technology.
