BIM Modeler

We are looking for a  BIM Modeler with 1–2 years of BIM experience and a background in  Engineering or Construction Management .

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve BIM workflows, standards, templates, and coordination procedures based on actual project requirements.
• Conduct BIM research, case studies, workflow testing, and process documentation to support standardization and improve project delivery.
• Prepare workflow guides, case study summaries, and standard documentation based on project findings.
• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models using  Revit based on project requirements, design changes, and coordination comments.
• Prepare construction documents, shop drawings, and as-built models.
• Coordinate models across different construction disciplines and trades.
• Perform clash detection, model coordination, and issue tracking.
• Identify model conflicts and raise coordination issues with relevant trades.
• Interpret design drawings, construction documents, shop drawings, and applicable  LOD standards .

Requirements

• Graduate of  Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field .
• Proficient in Revit , familiar with  Navisworks and  Excel ; knowledgeable in  Dynamo is preferred.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Basic understanding of BIM coordination workflows, LOD standards, and construction project cycles.
• Able to document workflows, standards, case studies, and process improvements clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve BIM workflows.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate model issues, clashes, and workflow recommendations clearly.
