- The Accounting Assistant provides support to the accounting department by performing various administrative and clerical duties. This includes processing invoices, maintaining financial records, assisting with account reconciliations, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. The role is key in ensuring the smooth and accurate functioning of the company’s financial operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax filing procedures.
- Certification such as AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) or similar is a plus.
Work Conditions:
