- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery time.
- Negotiate purchase terms and conditions to ensure favorable agreements.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information.
- Collaborate with teams to fulfill inventory needs efficiently.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management and Engineering
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in procurement or construction fleet purchasing roles
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, negotiating abilities, fleet and construction purchasing knowledge, and vehicle part expertise.
- Working Conditions: Mostly office-based with occasional site visits in construction environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure, good in communication skills
