Accounting Staff

- Responsible for tagging and monitoring fixed assets
- Ensure timely checking of all invoices of the supplier prior to payment
- Issue invoices to customers and ensure that receivables are collected promptly
- Collect sales taxes from customers and remit them to the government
- Records cash receipts and makes money deposits to banks
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of every bank account
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure that they are right and accurate
- Issue financial statements
- Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit
- Calculate and issue a financial analysis of financial statements
- Maintain that all expenses are still covered under the annual budget
- Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to the management
- Comply with local and national government reporting requirements
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the management when needed
- Coordinate with the external auditor regarding documents needed in BIR Tax Compliances
- Other Accounting duties that may arise
