Description - Assist in daily dining operations, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Manage guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to maintain dining standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of dining areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a dining or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, hospitality skills, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in customer management and quick service restaurant operations.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
