Job Opening: Accounting Staff
The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting the company's day-to-day accounting operations by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The role involves handling general accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to the efficient management of financial information.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Record and maintain financial transactions and accounting documents
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Prepare and organize accounting records, reports, and supporting documents
• Reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies
• Assist in payroll, billing, and other accounting-related activities as needed
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Support month-end and year-end accounting processes
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
• Graduate of Accounting, Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
