About the Company
Unifin Inc is a BPO company with multiple operations in North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific Region. We are looking for an extraordinary talent who will be part of our unique and diverse team.
Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Officer , you will be responsible for completion of requisitions assigned to you and the monitoring and improvement of the recruitment process in the organization. The specialist evaluates different recruitment channels and sources and their performance for particular job positions
About You
For you to become a successful candidate for this role:
- At least 1 year BPO or Talent Acquisition Experience
- Recruiting and interviewing skills via Phone, MS Teams and other online meeting platform skills
- Knowledge in MS Office systems
- Supports workplace diversity
- Full knowledge of the current trend of recruitment practices
- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
- Willing to work in graveyard shift
- Willing to work from home
Permanent Work from Home Requirements:
- Operating System -At least Windows 11 OS installed
- Processor - At least 2.0 GHz processor | Intel Core i3, i5, i7, or any dual-core or better processor
- Memory (RAM) - Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Storage - At least 80 GB hard drive space | At least 20 GB of free space available
- USB Ports & Peripherals - At least one available USB port | USB headset (combined microphone and headphones) with noise-canceling feature
- Internet Connection - Internet access via cable or fiber only (DSL, satellite, or wireless connections are not permitted) | Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps | Minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps | Must be hardwired directly to the PC or laptop (Wi-Fi/wireless not allowed)
