Job Responsibilities: Greet customers, answer inquiries, provide product info, offer solutions, and assist with purchasing decisions. Identify leads, conduct demos, upsell/cross-sell, process transactions, meet quotas, and secure new business. Maintain deep knowledge of products/services, promotions, and industry trends Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and loyalty.
