JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Any Related Course
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, including managerial experience
- Professional certification (CIA, CPA, ACCA) is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Accounting Systems and MS Excel is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review purchase invoice vouchers and supplier check vouchers prior to approval
- Ensure all monthly purchases and sales are properly recorded in the system
- Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient funding in bank accounts
- Reconcile inventory reports between production and accounting records
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including trial balance, balance sheet, and income statement
- Prepare schedules, documents, and adjusted trial balances for audit review
