Finance Supervisor

Company Profile: A well-established manufacturing company founded in the early 1990s, recognized as a trusted manufacturer and supplier of high-quality carrier tapes and semiconductor packaging materials. Position: Finance Supervisor Industry: Manufacturing Company Location: Dasmariñas, Cavite Salary: Php 40,000 – Php 50,000 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day Shift) Work Setup: Onsite Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA license is an advantage. At least 4 years of experience in Finance, Taxation, PEZA compliance, payroll, or related functions. Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage. Knowledge of BIR regulations, tax compliance, and PEZA reporting is preferred. Willing to attend online or face-to-face interviews. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily finance operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. Ensure accurate and timely tax filing and compliance with BIR regulations. Prepare and manage PEZA reports, tax-exempt purchases, and import documentation. Coordinate with external auditors, BIR representatives, and other regulatory agencies during audits. Supervise, mentor, and support the finance team to ensure efficient operations.
