We are looking for a Call Center Agent to handle customer calls, answer inquiries, and provide fast, friendly support. You will assist customers, record interactions, and follow company procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound/outbound calls
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns
- Record customer details in the system
- Follow scripts and escalation procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduate
- Good communication and computer skills
- Can work in shifting schedules
- With or without experience
