Operations and Maintenance Manager

Job Description Lead and supervise O&M Engineers, Technicians, and Subcontractors. Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Monitor plant performance through SCADA and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Investigate equipment failures, coordinate troubleshooting activities, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Conduct inverter and genset troubleshooting, as well as electrical diagnostics. Prepare maintenance reports and recommend process improvements to enhance plant performance and reliability. Qualifications Preferably a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE). Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for C&I rooftop solar projects. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role. Leadership experience must be specifically within the renewable energy industry. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and trustworthy. Proficient in SCADA monitoring and performance analysis. Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
