Logistics, Planning and Operations Analyst (Transfer Pricing)

What you´ll do

• Create and update Purchase Info Records to ensure data accuracy
• Investigate variances and develop Price Lists as needed
• Manage PBI access rights and ensure compliance with data security protocols
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Assist in meeting the team's KPI and SLA's while processing requests reliably
• Provide administrative support by executing daily operations and tasks
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain and other equivalent courses
• Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in Transfer Pricing, Master Data, and Supply Chain
• Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Power Query, VBA scripting, Power BI, SQL and other automation tools is required; Knowledgeable in using SAP and data management
• Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and Project Management is an advantage; Must be proactive, attention to details, analytical, and have good stakeholder management and presentation skills are required
• Excellent command of the English language in both spoken and written
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM - 12:00 MN), weekend support if needed, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
