Team Leader

The Global Sourcing Group (TGSG) is looking for an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, BPO experience, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing and developing Virtual Assistants. Position Overview Position: Team Leader Work Setup: Onsite - JDN Building 3&4, P.Remedio St. Mandaue City Employment Type: Full-Time Qualifications At least 2–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a BPO environment Proven leadership skills and strong functional knowledge of the BPO industry Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in preparing reports and business correspondence Strong interpersonal and people-management skills Customer-oriented mindset Experience handling or managing Virtual Assistants is a strong advantage Key Responsibilities Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts and processes Provide regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to a team of Virtual Assistants Conduct weekly or bi-weekly overall performance coaching sessions Drive team performance, motivation, and teamwork Communicate relevant information and updates to the team in a timely manner Conduct up-training on processes and policy updates as needed Monitor and evaluate phone calls and emails for quality assurance Provide regular feedback and quality evaluation coaching Conduct annual performance reviews Conduct 4th- and 5th-month assessments for probationary employees Prepare team performance reports and provide analysis Conduct employee performance reviews in coordination with the Operations Manager Recognize high-performing employees and recommend appropriate rewards or recognition Ensure team members consistently meet performance, quality, and productivity expectations What We’re Looking For We are seeking a proactive and dependable leader who can effectively coach and motivate team members, communicate expectations clearly, monitor performance, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
