They partner with mid-market and enterprise organizations to streamline complex business processes through expert automation, CRM optimization, and custom software architecture. By bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, the team helps modern businesses leverage data-driven insights to accelerate growth and operational efficiency. Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who is a "builder" at heart. This team works with elite B2B SaaS founders and executives, turning high-level insights into a scalable content engine. You won't just be taking orders; you will own the pipeline that translates raw founder expertise into polished, high-impact social and digital content. If you are a creative strategist who is also obsessed with workflow automation and operational discipline, this is your opportunity to build a greenfield marketing function from the ground up. Key Responsibilities

• Content Extraction & Creation: Review founder calls and raw transcripts to extract "gold nuggets" and transform them into short-form blogs, LinkedIn posts, image teasers, and short-form video scripts.
• Workflow Management: Set up and maintain the operational tools (Slack, FeedHive, Castmagic) to ensure every piece of content is reviewed, approved, and scheduled seamlessly.
• Founder Liaison: Act as the primary operational point of contact for founders to gather approvals and feedback, maintaining a professional and friendly communication style.
• Social Amplification: Manage the social media tech stack, handle all posting schedules, and engage in light community management (cross-tagging and responses) to drive reach.
• LinkedIn Automation: Oversee and optimize existing LinkedIn outreach and posting automation to ensure maximum brand visibility.
• Email & Growth Ops: Manage the email marketing pipeline, including list curation, template management (ideally within GoHighLevel), and triggering outbound sequences.
• Ad Management (Bonus): Assist with the setup and monitoring of basic ad spend to amplify top-performing content.

Requirements

• GoHighLevel Mastery: Experience building out email funnels and CRM workflows within GHL.
• Senior-level Experience: A proven track record of setting up and running marketing/social content pipelines for B2B SaaS or professional services.
• Pragmatic Copywriting: Ability to use AI tools for efficiency while maintaining high-quality "human" oversight and a professional tone.
• Operational Excellence: 110% diligence and attention to detail; you are someone who creates processes rather than just following them.
• Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Salesforce and Slack.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills with a "friendly professional" demeanor for founder-facing interactions.
• Strategic POV: Ability to look at raw content and instinctively know what will perform best on social platforms.
