About the Job:

We are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to join our client's team and manage end-to-end internal recruitment for technical and corporate roles. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technology talent while working closely with hiring managers to meet business needs. You will help deliver an excellent candidate experience and support the company's growth in a fast-paced IT consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end internal recruitment for technical, consulting, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, recruitment vendors, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage recruitment vendors and external hiring partners to support hiring requirements.
• Facilitate the offer process and ensure a smooth handoff to the HR Operations team for onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress to support recruitment goals.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and other talent attraction activities.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company hiring policies and recruitment standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in internal Talent Acquisition , with proven IT/technical recruitment experience required.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing, and recruitment best practices.
• Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workable.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
• Experience managing recruitment vendors and external hiring partners.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices is an advantage.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
