About the Job:

We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition & HR Operations to join our client's team and lead the organization's talent acquisition strategy while providing strategic oversight of HR operations. In this role, you will partner with executive leadership to develop workforce strategies, strengthen talent acquisition capabilities, and ensure HR operations support the company's growth. You will lead HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, drive continuous improvement, and help build a high-performing workforce in a fast-paced IT consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organization's Talent Acquisition and HR Operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop workforce plans that support business growth and project delivery.
• Lead the overall talent acquisition strategy across technical, consulting, leadership, and corporate hiring.
• Drive employer branding, talent pipeline development, and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's talent attraction efforts.
• Establish recruitment governance, hiring standards, and workforce planning frameworks across the organization.
• Oversee recruitment vendors and external hiring partners, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and strategic value.
• Provide strategic oversight of HR operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR governance standards.
• Monitor HR and recruitment performance through workforce analytics and key metrics, providing recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead HR transformation initiatives, process improvements, and HR technology adoption to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's Degree is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR and Talent Acquisition experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within an IT Consulting or Technology company.
• Proven experience developing and leading Talent Acquisition strategies for technical, consulting, leadership, and corporate hiring.
• Strong background in workforce planning, employer branding, recruitment governance, and talent pipeline development.
• Solid understanding of HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR compliance, and organizational HR practices.
• Experience managing recruitment vendors, agencies, and strategic hiring partnerships.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience leading HR transformation, process improvement, and HR technology initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and people development skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
