HR Talent & Acquisition Associate

- Source candidates through ads, online platforms, and agencies.
- Coordinate with universities for alumni pooling.
- Invite applicants for interviews via email, text, or calls.
- Screen resumes, administer psychological tests, and conduct initial interviews.
- Endorse candidates for final interviews with supervisors and HR.
- Verify background and employment history through references.
- Issue pre-employment requirements and schedule medical exams.
- Ensure document completion for employee records.
- Collaborate with HR Manager on job offers and contracts.
- Provide company manuals and introduce new hires to management.
- Complete payroll enrollment and ID issuance.
- Enroll new hires in biometrics for attendance tracking.
- College Graduate with B.S. in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course
- Familiar with Recruitment & Placement;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- A high degree of clerical skills;
- Organized, highly analytical, and detail-oriented
- Can start work ASAP
