Position: Mandarin Accounts Payable & Financial Operations Senior Analyst Company Industry: Global Manufacturing Company Work Location: Quezon City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday) Salary: Php 75,000 - Php 120,000 Work Set Up: Hybrid set-up (3x onsite & 2x WFH weekly)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Foreign Nationals who require a working visa.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledgeable in using Oracle and SAP.
- Having good experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Review and verify employee expense reports to ensure adherence to global company policies and guidelines.
- Provide oversight and operational support to AP and T&E analysts.
- Handle and resolve escalated accounts payable concerns from suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the complete invoice processing cycle and employee reimbursement processes from start to finish.
- Analyze and resolve complex payment-related issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external business partners.
