Position: Mandarin AP Operations Senior Analyst Company Industry: Global Manufacturing Company Work Location: Quezon City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday) Salary: Php75,000 - Php120,000 Work Set Up: Hybrid set-up (3x onsite & 2x WFH weekly)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Open for Foreign Nationals who require a working visa.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledgeable in using Oracle and SAP.
- Having good experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Review and audit employee expense reports to ensure compliance with global policies, utilizing the Concur expense management system.
- Oversee and support the performance and daily operations of AP and T&E analysts, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
- Manage and resolve escalations related to accounts payable inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Supervise end-to-end invoice processing and employee reimbursement activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely payment.
- Investigate and resolve complex payment issues in coordination with cross-functional teams and external partners.
