JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 1–2 years of experience
• Has experience working in same industry is an advantage.
• Willing to work in hybrid set-up (on-site and work from home)
• Willing to participate in in-person interviews once requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to check timely and verify the billing to make sure if it’s complete and reliable the collection and validation.
• Encoding of all meter readings for active contracted Machines in Field under assigned accounts.
• Collaborating with Collectors, Service Engineers, and customers to secure the required meter data.
• Verifying the readings extracted from remote systems, and ensures the exact encoding in billing systems.
• It’s necessary to check the cost center reports and monthly completion reports of billing.
• Providing an operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient of the order management processes.
