Import Coordinator

Logistics Cargo Forwarders & Brokerage Corp.
- Coordinate and manage the import process for goods and materials.
- Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain accurate import documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and track shipments from origin to destination, addressing any issues that arise.
- Assist in inventory management and supply chain optimization efforts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience in import or supply chain coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics principles.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional interactions with suppliers and freight companies.
