Description
Qualifications:
- BS Accountancy Graduate or any Accounting related course graduate.
- Preferably with 2 years of related work experience
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Good Accounting skills
- Systematic and highly organized
- Good oral and written skills, good judgment and flexibility to work within extended hours to meet the needs of the position
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely collection and deposit of cheques for office, rental, and miscellaneous accounts
- Prepare daily schedules for collectors to avoid conflicts and ensure efficient coordination
- Follow up with customers via phone or email to secure payment of accounts receivable
- Coordinate with Sales to resolve settlement issues, including special accounts
- Maintain daily updates of peso and dollar accounts for management reporting
- Prepare daily cash position reports for all bank accounts
- Process and update credit investigation requests and prepare reports for review
- Update account status for Marketing to support timely release of incentives and rebates
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor
