- Financial Transactions and Record-Keeping : Manage and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and project expenses, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Tax Compliance and Payments : Prepare, file, and pay taxes such as VAT and withholding tax on time, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
- Project Cost Management : Monitor project budgets, track costs, and prepare job cost reports to ensure accurate allocation of expenses and support decision-making.
- Financial Reporting : Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with cash flow reports and forecasts for management review.
- Internal Controls and Audit Preparation : Implement robust internal controls, maintain audit-ready records, and support external audits to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project-based accounting, cost allocation, and budgeting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred but not required.
