Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our Finance Team. The ideal candidate have at least 4-6 years of experience in general accounting and financial management
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing deadlines.
- Manage payroll processing and related documentation.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years or more proven experience with general accounting and finance
- at least 2 years experience in a supervisorial/managerial role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (Quickbooks) and Microsoft Tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with audit processes and preparing audit-ready documentation

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
